The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in the emergency departmentPerform rapid and accurate triage of patientsMonitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with physiciansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMaintain accurate documentation using EMR systemsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesFloat to other departments such as Med-Surg when requiredEnsure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and patient care protocolsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of recent ER experience requiredActive California RN license requiredBLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications requiredExperience with EMR systems (CPSI/Evident preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentMust pass nursing medication testBasic computer skills requiredCloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #295502.
