Office Coordinator

Company Overview:A global trading and investment company engaged in a wide range of businesses, with operations spanning numerous countries and industries.Position Summary:Provides administrative and operational support for corporate services and CSR functions within a regional office. Responsibilities include payment processing, expense reconciliation, facilities coordination, and support for office operations and events. Works closely with internal teams, vendors, and regional offices to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and completion of special projects. *HYBRID work environment, STRONG benefits, 401K with an International Commodity Company.Key Responsibilities:Process payments, allocations, and expense reconciliationsSupport facilities operations, vendor coordination, and office maintenanceManage mail, shipping, and office supply logisticsCoordinate office events, meetings, and conference room setupsAssist with workspace planning and office reconfigurationsSupport administrative projects and cross-functional initiativesProvide general administrative support across departments as neededQualifications:5+ years of administrative and/or corporate service experienceExperience working in multi-cultural and international environmentsExperience in accounting functionsBilingual in Japanese and English - A PLUS
