Technical Lead - Data Engineer (Las Vegas)

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive our data engineering initiatives and lead a team of 5-6 engineers.This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of 5-6 data engineers, fostering technical growth and collaborationDesign and implement scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow ( experience with Airflow 3 is preferred).Understanding of Snowflake architecture.Integrate and maintain real-time streaming applications using Apache Kafka / Spark StreamingBuild and integrate APIs across multiple systems and platformsDrive technical decision-making and establish best practicesEnsure code quality through reviews and implementationRequired Qualifications7-8+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related fieldsStrong proficiency in:Apache Airflow (DAG development, workflow orchestration)SnowflakeAdvanced SQL (complex queries, performance tuning)Apache Kafka (streaming, event-driven architectures)API development and integration (REST/SOAP)Proven experience leading technical teams (3+ years preferred)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead impactful data initiativesCollaborative and innovative work environmentSkills: Digital : Apache Spark~Digital : Snowflake~MySQLExperience Required: 6-8
