Local candidates only please.*Job re-opened, 5-28-26, our client is seeking a new group of candidates.We're seeking an associate or mid-level candidate experienced in gathering insights from patients, healthcare professionals, or consumers as part of survey recruitment efforts. The people being recruited are the target participants for the research study or survey. The role sits closer to research operations, sample/panel management, fieldwork coordination, survey execution, quota management and client delivery. It is NOT campaign management, brand marketing, SEO, lead generation, Google Ads and business development focused. We're not seeking a candidate who is an IT BI specialist.The selected Market Research Specialist will join the Client Services team.This role is responsible for executing research projects end-to-end while ensuring quality delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines.ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver quantitative and qualitative survey recruitment projects to achieve completion goalsEvaluate project requirements, determine feasibility, and ensure accurate audience targeting setupTrack project performance, identify gaps, and recommend optimizations to improve outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, project management) to drive successful executionProvide clear updates on project status, risks, and next steps to stakeholdersProactively identify recruitment challenges and implement effective solutionsMaintain accurate project tracking, reporting, and forecasting documentationSupport project closeout activities, including cost reconciliation and invoicing coordinationEnsure a high-quality participant experience, including timely and accurate incentive distributionSkills Needed3–5 years of experience in healthcare market research, including survey recruitment and digital/online methodologies (gather insights from patients, healthcare professionals, and consumers.)Over 3 years of project management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced settingSolid understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodsStrong verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented mindsetProven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently and effectively prioritize tasksAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, including pivot tables) and Google Workspace toolsFamiliarity with leveraging AI tools to improve research processes or operational efficiency is an advantageBachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, statistics, or a related disciplinePlus:Client-facing or account management experienceHybrid schedule: 1–2 days onsite (midweek) in Northern NJPer the clients' request, candidates seeking sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible for this role.No 3rd party agencies, please
