Utility Notification Technician

Job Type - Full TimePay Range - $16/hr - $20/hrResponsibilitiesVisit properties to notify tree/landowners about upcoming vegetation work for utility safety (door-to-door, posted notices, and other outreach strategies). Talk directly with homeowners, answer basic questions, and address concerns professionally. Accurately record and track notifications using a smartphone/app. Work with team members as needed. Help with storm response when required (opportunity for overtime). Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; any prior work experience (customer service, natural resources, outdoor labor, utilities) is strongly preferred but not required.Ability to speak in public and can communicate information effectivelyMaintain a positive attitude, neat and professional appearance, and high standards of personal presentationAbility to work safely, productively, and independently Comfortable working alone outdoors in variable weather conditions in varying terrainWillingness and availability to work overtime and extended hours as neededBasic smartphone/computer skills for apps and reporting.
