Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales role based in Wayne, NJ, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, building relationships, delivering compelling sales pitches, meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and offering ongoing support to clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve sales strategies, conducting product training for clients, and managing sales processes efficiently. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsStrong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationshipsExperience in Training clients or teams on products or processesUnderstanding of employee benefits, HR solutions, or payroll services is a plusAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
