This role will serve as a key point of contact for application support, user assistance, ticket management, documentation, and ERP process troubleshooting across a multi-system enterprise environment.This is a highly collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple platforms, and supporting users at all levels of the organization.What You'll DoResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across enterprise ERP and business applications including: ComputerEaseVista by ViewpointSage IntacctAdditional enterprise platforms as neededManage and prioritize support tickets using JIRA or similar ticketing systems.Troubleshoot application issues, resolve support requests, and escalate complex issues with detailed documentation and context.Support user account management, security roles, permissions, and basic system administration tasks.Create and maintain end-user documentation, SOPs, training guides, and knowledge base materials.Partner with ERP owners, Finance teams, Operations leaders, and IT stakeholders to identify recurring issues and improve support processes.Assist with onboarding activities including user setup, training coordination, and ERP workflow guidance.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.Coordinate with software vendors and support partners to manage open issues and track SLA performance.Help improve operational processes, support standards, and overall ERP user experience.What Success Looks LikeSupport tickets are prioritized, tracked, and resolved efficiently.End users receive timely and effective support across ERP applications.Documentation and training materials reduce repeat support requests over time.ERP upgrades and patches are tested thoroughly with minimal disruption to business operations.Strong working relationships are built across Finance, Operations, HR, and IT teams.Internal users view the ERP support team as responsive, knowledgeable, and dependable.What You'll BringRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise business applications.Experience supporting one or more of the following platforms: IFSVista by ViewpointComputerEaseSage IntacctSimilar ERP systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple business applications.Experience with JIRA or comparable ticket management platforms.Understanding of operational and financial workflows including: Job costingPayrollAP/ARWIP reportingField service operationsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting construction, MEP, field service, or project-based operational environments.Experience in multi-entity or multi-brand organizations.Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, or UAT testing processes.Experience creating SOPs, training documentation, or internal knowledge bases
