THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:
Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, & companionship
Maintain a safe & comfortable home environment for clients
Communicate and document progress with the care team
Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged)
Compassionate personality
Patient, kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check, TB Test or Chest X-Ray needed
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid New Jersey HHA Certificate (Required)
Valid drivers license and personal transportation
