Our company handles calls for cell phone companies, colleges, universities, trade schools, banking, and credit card companies etc. If hired, you will be calling/taking calls from customers to arrange repayment of their overdue bill by phone. We are looking for candidates who can provide positive customer service experience, and work with consumers by phone to solve their debt obligations.No experience? No problem!We teach you everything you need to know during our basic training program. Our university style training will help prepare you for the position. Full Timers are required, after training, to commit to Two (2) night shifts per week OROne (1) night shift & One (1) Saturday per weekHybridThere is the potential for Hybrid work to become available to you based on performance; 60 days AFTER training has been completed.
