Senior Engagement Manager – Technology Capacity Management

About the RoleWe are working with a leading global financial institution to build an enterprise-wide Technology Capacity Management function. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on designing and implementing a centralized capacity management program across infrastructure domains.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess current capacity management practices across infrastructure teams (storage, network, compute, databases, etc.)Design and implement a unified capacity management frameworkDefine operating model, governance, and processesAlign with industry frameworks (COBIT, NIST, FFIEC, ITIL)Build and lead a team of consultantsEngage with senior stakeholders (SVP/MD level)Ensure audit-ready and regulator-compliant deliverablesRequired Experience12+ years in IT infrastructure / consulting / technology riskStrong experience in Technology Capacity ManagementExposure across multiple infrastructure domains (not just one area)Experience in large banking or regulated environmentsHands-on experience implementing frameworks like COBIT / NIST / ITILProven track record of leading large-scale transformation programsKey SkillsEnterprise capacity planning and forecastingStakeholder management at senior leadership levelStrong communication and consulting mindsetAbility to build programs from scratchNice to HaveExperience in Tier-1 banks or top consulting firmsExposure to storage strategies / capacity modeling
