Full Stack Engineer

By ensuring knowledge compounds and context seamlessly travels, XTrace helps teams continuously get smarter together.Role Description This is a hybrid intern role for a Full Stack Engineer. The Full Stack Engineer Intern will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web features that connect and orchestrate multiple third-party tools and AI systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing responsive user interfaces, implementing secure and scalable back-end services and APIs, integrating external platforms, and ensuring a smooth, reliable experience across the stack. The role also involves collaborating with product and design to refine requirements, reviewing code, writing tests, and monitoring performance, reliability, and security in production.Qualifications Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience owning features from design to deployment.Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including building responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful or GraphQL APIs, databases, and integration with third-party services.Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and a server-side language or framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar).Comfort with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and monitoring tools for production systems.Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate asynchronously.Prior experience with AI/ML products, developer tools, or SaaS integrations is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
