Job Description Job Title: Senior Data Architect (W2 Only/No C2C)Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GAJob Summary:We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to design, implement, and manage an enterprise data management platform that supports Business Intelligence (BI), analytics, and reporting needs across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a collaborative approach, and a deep understanding of data governance, security, and architecture.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement both short-term and long-term data strategy roadmaps that align with strategic initiatives.Design and maintain enterprise data architecture blueprints and reference architectures for the current and future state.Create conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts that represent enterprise-level data management and architecture.Innovate and recommend tools and technologies for solving complex data problems at the enterprise level.Collaborate with ETL, Data Warehouse, and Reporting teams to gather data and implement data quality measures.Work with cross-functional teams to establish standards and policies for data classification, security, and privacy.Oversee data security, access management, and encryption measures.Collaborate with Database Administrators to optimize Oracle database systems for performance.Facilitate the integration of data visualization tools like Tableau and Cognos with various data sources, including Oracle databases and IBM DataStage.Qualifications:10+ years of experience architecting on-premise and cloud-based enterprise data solutions.Expertise in designing and managing Enterprise Data Warehouses and BI platforms.Deep knowledge of enterprise data architecture, including Data Warehousing, Metadata, Master Data, Big Data, and Operational Data Stores.Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and data security best practices.Familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos) and integration platforms (MuleSoft, IBM DataStage).Solid understanding of structured and unstructured data, as well as real-time and batch data integration.Experience optimizing data models to support data-driven decision-making across an organization.Preferred Education & Certifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.Relevant industry certifications are a plus.U.S. Citizenship is required.Company DescriptionJoin a team that’s committed to innovation and excellence.
