Cloud EngineerLocation: Chantilly, VA/Herndon, VA or Aurora, CO Work Type: OnsiteRemote Work: NoJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Cloud Engineer with experience in building, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automation, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud platform services. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platformsSupport deployment, release automation, and orchestration processesDevelop and manage infrastructure-as-code and automated configuration solutionsSupport large-scale application deployments and CI/CD pipelinesWork with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShiftEnhance system performance, reliability, and scalability through automationCollaborate with development and security teams to support DevSecOps practicesRequired Qualifications: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure supportHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipelinesProficiency with containerization and orchestration technologiesActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraphHigh school diploma or GEDOne or more of the following certifications: Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSECPreferred Qualifications: Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Python)Familiarity with JSON, XML, and API integrationsKnowledge of security frameworks such as OWASP or DevSecOps practicesCloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Google Cloud Architect, MCSE – Cloud Platform)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsWork Locations: Chantilly, VAHerndon, VAAurora, COCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $140,000 - $240,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
