As a General Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our customers' belongings, providing exceptional service every step of the way. *Responsibilities:* * Load and unload household or commercial goods onto and off of moving trucks, ensuring proper handling and secure placement. * Safely transport furniture, appliances, and other items to and from designated locations, following established routes and procedures. * Assist with packing and unpacking belongings, ensuring items are properly wrapped, labeled, and secured for transit. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving equipment and vehicles, including trucks, dollies, and packing materials. * Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing assistance and support as needed throughout the moving process. * Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. *Qualifications*: * Previous experience in moving, warehousing, or a related field preferred but not required. * Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and kneel forextended periods. * Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. * Reliable transportation to and from job sites and a valid driver's license preferred. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. *Benefits*: * Competitive hourly wage with opportunities for overtime pay. * Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career. * Positive and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
