Job Description We are hiring for a locally owned, family‐run plastics recycling manufacturer offering stability, growth potential, and leadership that truly cares. We're hiring full‐time Material Handlers to join our fast‐paced production team. If you're motivated, eager to learn, and looking for advancement, we want to meet you.What You'll DoLoad raw materials onto machine conveyor belts (grinders, shredders, etc.)Follow equipment procedures to keep production lines running smoothlyOperate a forklift to move materialsFollow production schedules to meet order requirementsMaintain a clean and safe work areaAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresWork a 12‐hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 2‐2‐3 rotating schedulePhysical RequirementsLift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.Stand for long periodsPerform bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, and throwingWork in both hot and cold environmentsJob RequirementsEligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipMust be 18+Able to read and write in EnglishDependable, self‐motivated, and eager to cross‐trainStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable attendanceManufacturing experience is a plus but not requiredCompany Description Many of those employed through JobConnection Services find that their positions are temp-to-hire.
