Press Stackers Location: Springfield, OH Pay: $18/hour Schedule: 6am - 6:30PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday or 6pm - 4:30am Sunday - Wednesday Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire (Temp-to-Hire) Job Summary Stacker Operators perform a variety of testing, documenting, and reporting on products within the manufacturing job site. In this role, you will partner closely with our customers to identify, contain, and help improve quality issues in the most efficient way possible. Key ResponsibilitiesArrive each day on timeCommunicate with leadership quickly and effectivelySafely produces and/or assembles product by following written job Instructions and in accordance to training and instruction at various processes.Primarily inspect and stack parts at end of line to ensure productivity, quality and quantity.Operation Standard consists inspecting, stacking, packing, labeling and die change supportOther tasks such as Sort & 1st Mass Production inspectorPhysical requirements are standing extended periods of time in one spot, squatting, lifting up to 35lbs., pushing, pulling, reaching (above head & below waist).Check fixture, Gage & Press training completed and followed.Can catch mistakes and defects before large volumes are producedSet up and breakdown bolster according to procedures Basic QualificationsAbility to follow instructions and work independently or in a teamStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to maintain focus in repetitive or fast-paced environmentsBasic communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal) Preferred SkillsFlexibility and adaptability in changing work environmentsPositive attitude and willingness to learnSelf-motivated with a strong sense of responsibilityDetail-oriented mindset with focus on quality and consistency Work EnvironmentManufacturing plants, warehouses, or industrial settingsStanding for extended periods of timeMay involve repetitive tasks and physical activityWork locations may change based on customer needs How to Apply Send your resume to: shale @canadianexecutivesearch.com Call or text: 740-505-6831 Ask for Shelby CESGHI1
