Project Architect / Project Manager

Job Title Essential ResponsibilitiesExperience in Corporate Commercial, Healthcare, Multifamily, and/or Senior Living markets.Lead technical coordination of project execution and control to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through construction completion.Extensive technical involvement and experience with assembling construction documents.Ability to coordinate design and architectural drawings with other disciplines.Work in all phases of design and construction.Coordinate with regulatory agencies and contractors.RequirementsBachelor of Architecture degree.Licensed Architect.8+ years of experience including varied technical aspects of the architectural process and project management.Revit experience required.May occasionally require out-of-town travel to support projects.
