Dermatology Physician Assistant

Position Overview A well-established, private, physician-owned dermatology practice with a 17-year reputation for excellence is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its comprehensive clinical team. The practice operates out of its own full-service facility, offering Mohs surgery, general and surgical dermatology, cosmetic services, and select plastic surgery procedures in a collaborative, high-quality care environment. The Practice State-of-the-art, physician-owned facility in Delray Beach, Florida Full-service dermatology and surgical practice, including Mohs and cosmetics 17-year presence with a strong and trusted community reputation Well-established, efficient, and professionally run clinical setting Candidate Profile Minimum of 5 years of dermatology experience required (non-negotiable) Strong proficiency in medical and surgical dermatology preferred Cosmetics: Must be fully trained and comfortable practicing independently (no training ramp-up available) Comfortable seeing 30–35 patients per day Flexible scheduling options available Professional, reliable, and confident working in a high-volume environment Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $130,000–$160,000 Production Bonus: 2x base collections, paid every 6 months Earning Potential: Strong upside for high producers Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid for provider and immediate family 401(k): Eligible after 1 year CME: Professional development allowance included Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
