The ideal candidate should have worked extensively on enterprise-scale Pega applications and played a key role in architecture, design and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCollabrate in architecture, design, and development of Pega-based enterprise applications.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scalable solutions.Drive end-to-end implementation of Banking and Payments-related workflows/processes.Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, guardrails, and performance optimization.Mentor and guide SSA/SA team members across delivery phases.Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, estimation, deployment, and support activities.Integrate Pega applications with external systems using APIs/services.Support production releases and resolve critical technical issues.Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of overall IT experience2–4 years of experience as Pega SARecent hands-on Pega experience in Banking domainExperience working on Payments-related implementationsStrong knowledge of Pega development, case management, and integrationsExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentGood communication and problem-solving skills
