Your JobWe are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytically minded Data Analyst to support data analysis within our Interoperability Engineering team. This role focuses on transforming raw qualification and lab data into accurate, actionable insights that help engineering teams diagnose issues, validate designs, and improve overall test quality.In this role, you will work closely with hardware, firmware, and networking engineers to clean and analyze qualification data, generate reports, and validate results across multiple labs and platforms. You will help turn complex lab data into clear engineering signals — building a strong foundation for long‑term growth in systems engineering, data‑driven validation, or interoperability leadership roles.What You Will DoData Processing & AnalysisClean, normalize, and organize raw qualification and interoperability test dataAnalyze basic metrics and trends to identify anomalies, failures, or performance gapsValidate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across test runs and platformsSupport root‑cause investigations through data‑driven insightsReporting & Automation SupportGenerate standardized qualification and interoperability reportsAssist with automating data processing and reporting workflows using scripts or toolsSupport development of centralized data storage and reporting solutionsImprove repeatability and reliability of reporting outputsCross‑Functional Engineering SupportPartner with hardware, firmware integration, and networking engineers to interpret resultsHelp translate raw test data into clear technical insights for stakeholdersSupport specs analysis, customer technical escalations, and design review inputsMaintain clear documentation of data flows, assumptions, and limitationsQuality & Process ImprovementIdentify gaps or inefficiencies in data collection and reporting processesContribute to best practices for data handling and validation in lab environmentsSupport continuous improvement of interoperability qualification workflowsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracyComfort working with structured and unstructured technical dataInterest in lab‑based engineering, qualification testing, or interoperabilityAbility to communicate technical findings clearly to cross‑functional teamsSelf‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, technical environmentLegally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.Within a daily commutable distance to Conway, AR and will not require relocation assistanceWhat Will Put You AheadFamiliarity with test data formats, lab instrumentation outputs, or logging systemsExposure to hardware, firmware, or networking test environmentsExperience with dashboards, reporting tools, or data versioningInterest in growing into broader Systems, Validation, or Interop Engineering rolesAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
