About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Dual Language Caregiver ( English/Spanish) to join our team in Manning, SC.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GEDBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsChild Development Associate (CDA) Credential or state equivalency Bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole, as applicable) requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with individuals of diverse backgroundResponsibilitiesFollow policies, procedures and guidelines described in Grow Early Learning content area manuals, Child Care Licensing and OHS Requirements.
