This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys working with tools, equipment maintenance, and test lab operations.Key Responsibilities Perform crash testing using dynamic crash simulators Maintain and repair laboratory equipment and test devices Lead and support a team of technicians Prepare, document, and archive test results Improve lab equipment and testing processes Handle test sample preparation and disposal Support additional physical and mechanical testing as needed Maintain daily test schedules and prioritiesRequirements Associate degree in Technology, Mechanical field, or Automotive-related field preferred 2-4 years of related hands-on experience Strong mechanical skills (tools, soldering, machining, welding) Microsoft Office and computer proficiency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent communication skillsLooking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow in a highly technical lab environment.
