Customer Care Associate

Job description: Thoracent, Inc. provides pulmonary and thoracic products to the U.S. medical market. We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our dedicated team. Essential Functions: · Fielding Customer Calls – Respond to incoming customer calls, address inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience. · Sales Support – Assist sales representatives as needed, facilitating smooth communication and coordination to meet customer needs. · Order Processing – Prepare and process orders received via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment. Experience with Fishbowl software is a plus but not required. · Quotation Preparation – Prepare quotes for new and existing customers, communicating pricing and product information accurately and effectively. · Shipping Coordination – Pack shipments for carrier pickup, ensuring proper packaging and labeling of products. · Inventory Management – Assist with incoming inventory deliveries, utilizing a hand truck, for boxes weighing up to forty (40) lbs. Maintain inventory control through cycle counts and support forecasting efforts. Qualifications: · Previous experience in customer service or related role preferred. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. · Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. · Familiarity with inventory control and forecasting is a plus. Education/Experience: · High School diploma with three (3) years of customer service experience.
