Evening Airport Rental Agent

Budget has an opening for a Rental Agent on our airport team. As part of their duties, Rental Agents finalize reservations, check customers in and out of our parking garage, and close sales. This would be an evening position with shift times from 5pm-1am, Sunday-Thursday.If interested, submit your resume.Job DutiesPart TimeGreet customers using standard dialogueAddress customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.Perform vehicle exchanges and extensionsInspect incoming vehicles for new damageReport damages to on-duty supervisorScan returning vehicles back into systemProvide computerized receipt to customerMaintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when neededRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 year of customer service experienceProfessional communication skillsProblem resolution experienceMinimum age of 18Valid driver's licenseClean driving recordSalary Description
