Role: Drupal DeveloperLocation: Plano, Texas, United States | Hartford, Connecticut, United States | Tempe, Arizona, United States | Raleigh, North Carolina, United States | Richardson, Texas, United StatesFulltime/permanantJob Description⦁ Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided⦁ Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions⦁ Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability⦁ Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories⦁ Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards⦁ Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications⦁ Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability⦁ Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projectsYour contribution to the team:⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.⦁ The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience⦁ A proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining our applications.⦁ The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration.Required Skill and Experience⦁ Designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and cloud-native architectures.⦁ Building and maintaining Drupal 9/10/11 applications, custom modules, themes, workflows, integrations, and reusable UI components.⦁ Developing responsive web applications and Single Page Applications using Angular, React, Vue, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.⦁ Designing and implementing secure integrations between enterprise systems, Salesforce, Drupal, and external platforms.⦁ Developing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and Flows.⦁ Building AI-powered solutions, including a personalized IBM Watson chatbot that delivers contextual responses based on authenticated user profiles and enterprise data.⦁ Implementing Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and Knowledge Bases to automate Drupal content authoring, landing page generation, and knowledge-driven content creation.⦁ Integrating AI capabilities into Salesforce for lead scoring, customer insights, and product recommendation workflows.⦁ Leveraging Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AWS Bedrock, and Watson AI to improve development productivity, documentation, testing, and application modernization efforts.⦁ Supporting IBM Cloud and AWS environments, including infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, scheduled jobs, storage management, and backup processes.⦁ Developing and supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, IBM Carbon-based widgets, publisher management, cache invalidation, and content publishing workflows.⦁ Participating in the complete SDLC, providing production support, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering best practices.Preferred Skill and Experience• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.• Good Analytical skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Designing and optimizing Oracle SQL and PL/SQL database solutions, stored procedures, and performance enhancements.
