This job is responsible for interpreting and troubleshooting electronic circuits, testing and troubleshooting PCB assemblies, setting up and maintaining test stations, training operators on test procedures, providing technical assistance, improving test efficiency, and maintaining a clean and orderly test area.What's a Typical Day Like?Interpret and troubleshoot electronic circuits down to the component level via schematics, diagrams, and drawings.Testing and troubleshooting of PCB assemblies and their respective test stations based on customer supplied data.Proficient use of electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, frequency counters, multimeters, etc.).Setup and prepare Test stations for use by following supplied test documentation.Interpret and understand detailed test procedures. Effectively communicate with Documentation Manager, Program Manager, and Quality Manager of any discrepancies found.Train operators in proper test procedures and methods as needed.Assist testing operations to meet or exceed customer ship dates.Improve test times and process efficiency.Provide technical assistance to all operations.Control of all test equipment utilized in the Test area – internal and customer supplied.Maintain clean and orderly test area.Performs other duties as assigned.What Are the Requirements of the Job?Takes responsibility for the quality of one's individual work.Demonstrates accuracy and neatness in their work.Cooperative and dependable, highly motivated, and trustworthy.Respects and collaborates effectively with fellow team members.Will notify management if team is not following quality processes.Will present ideas and improvements.Requires prolonged standing, sitting, frequent bending, stooping, and stretchingManual dexterity is crucial in the placement and handling of small componentsWork is performed in a manufacturing environment, with frequent contact with others2-4 years minimum experience necessary.Associate degree in electronics or equivalent (e.g., Associate degree in Electrical Engineering).Ability to work in fast-paced environment.Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.Capability to stand for prolonged periods of timeCommunication skills.Why Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
