We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Loan Servicing team in a hybrid role based in Foothill Ranch, CA.In this role, you’ll be the frontline connection to our customers, helping resolve inquiries, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure a smooth servicing experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support account management, claims processing, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Resolve customer problems by clarifying the customer's requests and provide a one-call resolution Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customerneeds Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, including offering suggestions as to how they can meet theirobligations, propose alternative payment methods, and establish payment procedures Manage high volume of incoming calls while multitasking Respond to customer requests regarding account status Process and file physical damage, total loss, and GAP claims with insurance agencies Negotiate claim resolutions with insurance agencies to maximize recovery and minimize losses to the company Analyze data used in settling claims to ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are made according tocompany policies and procedures Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Meet personal/team/department daily and monthly Loan Servicing goals Ensure all after-hour voicemails are reviewed and calls are returned to customers within 24 hours Other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of customer service experience (auto finance preferred)High school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong phone handling and active listening skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems and customer service practicesExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyFluency in Spanish preferred (not required)Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfactionWhy Join LentegrityInternal growth and promotion opportunitiesCollaborative, innovative work environmentAccess to 3,500+ self-paced courses and 25,000+ learning resourcesCompetitive benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(K) match, EAP, Adoption Assistance, and moreCasual dress code and supportive team cultureOur Core ValuesIntegrity.
