We are transforming the landscape of hardware manufacturing with our comprehensive ecosystem of Supply chain tools, designed to streamline processes and enable new possibilities.The RoleOur procurement team works in conjunction with our managed services team to process and track customer orders. As the Procurement Associate, you will use the Cofactr platform to place orders through API ordering and manually via supplier websites. In addition, you will be responsible for tracking order progress and updating the Cofactr platform accordingly to provide full visibility for our customers and their order status. Due to the varying nature of the electronics industry, you will keep track of changing lead times, delayed parts, and possible supplier decommits.What You'll DoProcess purchase lines using the distributor API ordering and manually placing orders through websitesLearn and use the Cofactr platform to confirm, track, and adjust orders as neededEnsure that all of the data shown to our customers is accurate regarding lead times and arrival estimates to the best of our abilityProblem-solving procurement issues related to delayed parts, decommits, and other availability issues.
