SAP Program Director

Magee Resource Group is seeking a hands-on SAP S/4HANA Program Director to lead a multi-subsidiary ERP transformation to unified SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud platform. This role requires a leader who has remained close to the system level—able to rollup their sleeves and help when necessary and hold the system integrators accountable—while driving delivery across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and order-to-cash through go-live and stabilization.QualificationsProven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (on-prem acceptable, public cloud strongly preferred)Hands-on SAP functional expertise across MRP/Demand Planning, Warehouse Management (EWM/WM), Procurement, and Order-to-CashAbility to lead and challenge System Integrators, manage SLAs, and translate SAP functionality into business termsLeadership experience managing teams and engaging directly with VP-level business stakeholders
