As a Patient Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey.What You'll Do:Greet patients warmly and check them in using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemCoordinate and order sleep study devices and upload reports into the systemReview upcoming schedules to confirm insurance and patient documentation are completeSchedule appointments and manage patient flow for a smooth clinic experienceAnswer incoming calls and provide overflow support to the call center as neededOpen and close the clinic following established protocolsEnsure proper documentation, process payments, and support daily clinic operationsOrder medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as neededRoom patientsSafety and sanitation of clinicWhat You Bring:Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferredStrong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyExperience working with performance-based goals or metricsA customer-first mindset and excellent communication skillsTech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health RecordsHigh attention to detail and accuracyA problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environmentA positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethicValid driver licenseAvailability to cover at nearby Avon and Indianapolis South clinics as neededWhy Choose ADVENT:16+ days PTO (prorated first year) + paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA401k match & life insuranceRegular business hoursno nights or weekendsA culture that values solutions and encourages growthSchedule: Monday & Wednesday 8am-4:30pm, Tuesday & Thursday 8am - 5:30pm & Friday 8am - 2:30pmThis is a full-time, 32hr flex position
