Safety and Compliance Manager
Twin City Staffing is seeking a high-level Safety and Compliance Manager to join a manufacturing team in Rogers. This is a direct-hire opportunity to step into a leadership role as a long-tenured employee prepares for retirement. You will have the unique advantage of working alongside the current manager to ensure a seamless transition. Location: Rogers, MNWage: $80,000 - $120,000 per yearShift: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - FridayBenefits of the safety and compliance manager:Direct Hire with weekly paychecks401(k) with 4% match (100% vested immediately)3 weeks of vacation and 8 paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision (Employer pays 80%)Tuition reimbursement up to $1,500/year$50,000 Life insurance and Long-Term DisabilityAnnual safety shoe and eyewear allowancesDuties of the Safety and Compliance Manager:Lead a quality team of 4 across three shiftsManage SQF policies, procedures, and all internal/external auditsEnsure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and local environmental rulesResolve production quality issues and lead staff trainingOversee material inspections, customer RMAs, and rejectionsTrack and report quality KPIs to executive leadershipLead monthly safety meetings and the safety committeeOptimize processes for efficiency and cost savingsRequirements of the Safety and Compliance Manager:3+ years in quality and safety management2+ years in high-volume, continuous manufacturingStrong knowledge of SQF, HACCP, or ISO (SQF is a plus)Leadership experience managing multi-shift teamsBackground in plastics or medical manufacturing is idealProficient with computers and quality metric trackingAbility to stand/walk for the majority of the workdayContact Information:Apply today to lead a top-tier quality and safety program!
