What You Will Do Build and ship customer-facing product features across the full stack Work across Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS Own features end-to-end from ideation through deployment Translate customer workflows into scalable product capabilities Build AI-first workflow orchestration systems Improve platform reliability and performance under bursty workloads Drive product strategy alongside engineering execution Partner directly with customers and domain experts Improve engineering standards and development velocity Contribute to architecture evolution as the platform scales Ship rapidly in a high-ownership startup environment Help shape engineering culture during hypergrowth Ideal Candidate Background 2-6+ years of full-stack engineering experience Strong production experience with Python Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript Experience shipping customer-facing product features Startup or high-growth product engineering experience Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments Strong product sense Track record of moving quickly Comfort with full-stack ownership Strong engineering fundamentals Experience collaborating cross-functionally Strong Signals Series A / B startup engineering experience Former founder experience Meaningful side projects or open-source contributions AI-native product experience Strong product-minded engineering approach Fast iteration mindset High curiosity and technical obsession Customer empathy Built features directly used by external customers Application-layer backend depth Experience with AI coding tools Strong startup adaptability Evidence of self-directed learning Bias for action Strong ownership mentality Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $200,000 - $260,000 Competitive equity Visa sponsorship support Hybrid flexibility Remote optional High ownership in a tiny engineering team Direct product influence Exceptional early-stage upside Fast-moving product environment Why Join This is an opportunity to join an elite early-stage team building AI infrastructure for one of financial services' most painful operational bottlenecks.
