Administrative assistant supervisor is a supervisory position typically above administrative assistant staff. Minimum Qualification (at least one response required) Minimum 5 years of administrative experience Six months experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, community agencies and clients. Primary Job Responsibilities Supervise administrative assistants and support staff within the Bridge Clinic Provide guidance, training, and delegation of work tasks to administrative team members Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the organization Oversee overall administrative functions and workflows Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, community agencies, and clients Support the Bridge Program's administrative infrastructure Report to the Bridge Administrator Submission Notes When submitting candidates, ensure they meet: ✅ Minimum 5 years administrative experience ✅ At least 6 months EMR experience ✅ Supervisory or team lead experience ✅ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
