We’re now hiring a Trainer to lead by example in coaching, training, and developing our frontline team members.What You’ll DoTrain and onboard new movers and drivers on packing, moving, and customer service techniquesProvide hands-on coaching during daily operationsConduct truck inspections and ensure equipment is in working orderReinforce safety procedures and company policiesSupport retraining efforts and assist with safety meetingsTrack trainee progress and communicate updates to the Branch ManagerLead by example and set the standard every day while on job sitesWhat We’re Looking ForValid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required)Prior experience in moving, warehouse, or logistics preferredProven track record of strong leadership and coaching abilityPhysically able to bend, squat, walk and lift 100+ lbs. repeatedly.
