Non-Profit Training & Curriculum Assistant
POSITION SUMMARYThe Trainer & Curriculum Assistant supports ProKids’ mission by facilitating high-quality pre-service and continuing education trainings for CASA volunteers and staff, ensuring participants are prepared to effectively advocate for children involved in the child protection system. This role also partners with the Professional Development Academy Director to develop, update, and enhance training curriculum, incorporating best practices and adult learning principles to create engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences that strengthen volunteer readiness, confidence, and long-term engagement.LOCATIONThis position will be Part-time (20 hours per week) hybrid with a minimum of 1 day required to be in the office each week, as well as for team and staff meetings and ProKids events and in-person trainings directly related to role.
