The RN Clinical Manager is also responsible for the review of the individual patient medical record/Plan of Care for compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care regulations and company policies, making recommendations for improvements.The RN Clinical Manager manages the clinical team and is always available during operating hours or appoints a similarly qualified alternate and participates in all activities relevant to professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and assignment of personnel.RequirementsGraduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational programCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of practiceMinimum of one (1) year experience in home health requiredHome health OASIS knowledge and experience requiredKnowledge of Medicare regulations related to documentation and clinical outcomes management for home healthFamiliarity with ICD-10 codes preferredStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact in a positive fashion with clinical team members, physicians, and other company employeesProficient in organization, planning and execution to ensure quality and productivity in work effortBasic computer skills and willing to learn new software program; experience with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Outlook preferred
