You’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents with their daily living needs, ensure comfort and safety, and help create a respectful, dignified environment aligned with our Kosher standards of care.If you’re a dependable CNA who believes in providing care with kindness, patience, and purpose — we want to meet you.❤️What You’ll Do (Your Impact)Provide total care and assist residents with all ADLs including bathing, grooming, dental care, toileting, dressing, and mobility supportAssist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning using approved equipment: walkers, gait belts, wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts, lift sheets, etc.Ensure residents who are incontinent are kept clean, dry, and comfortable; change linens as neededSupport resident safety and comfort by answering call lights promptly and responding immediately to needsContribute to a clean, organized, welcoming resident environment — making beds, setting rooms in order, and encouraging independence and self-helpPerform supervised clinical tasks including vital signs, intake/output, specimen collection, hot/cold compresses, and assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfersMonitor proper body alignment and perform/assist with ROM exercises to promote mobility and prevent pressure ulcersProvide meaningful personal support such as reading to residents, helping with letters, assisting with TV/radio use, and supporting in-room therapy activitiesWork as a trusted partner with nursing staff and other departments to maintain seamless, resident-centered careUphold all safety standards, infection control procedures, and regulatory requirements (state, federal, OSHA, HIPAA)🌿What You BringHigh school diploma or GEDNursing Assistant training and current New Jersey Nurse Aide Registry certification in good standingAbility to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writingDependability — punctual, responsible, and consistently present when scheduledA positive attitude and commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and resident dignityWillingness to meet all annual education/in-service requirementsCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA standardsAbility to provide care within a Kosher environment and follow all dietary-related policiesA genuine desire to help others and make a meaningful impact every day✨Why Join Us?Supportive leadership team & strong clinical guidanceMission-driven community where residents come firstCollaborative environment where you’re valued and respectedOpportunity to grow your skills in Skilled Nursing & LTC📩Ready to Make a Difference?Apply today and help create a safe, caring, and compassionate home for our residents.Company DescriptionLions Gate is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community rooted in Jewish traditions and values.
