In this role you will enjoy continuous learning by supporting multiple nursing units across the facility. In the float pool you will enjoy a high level of teamwork!How you'll contributeA Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
