Forward Deployed Engineer - Infrastructure

Overview As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will act as Thought Machine’s technical interface with client engineering teams, delivering production-ready Vault implementations across client and Thought Machine hosted infra. You will guide end-to-end Vault deployments, from presales support to scale-ready production, while collaborating with product and client teams to drive cloud transformations. The role blends hands-on cloud infrastructure work with advisory responsibilities to optimise client environments. You will travel to client sites and operate autonomously in complex setups, shaping how customers adopt Thought Machine technology.
