Resident Assistant Job Summary: The Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for providing resident care and support in all activities of daily living and ensures the health, welfare, and safety of all residents. Essential Duties: Assist residents with daily needs including eating, bathing, grooming, eating, exercising and mobility transfers. Monitor vitals and resident behavior and report them to the nurse and medical staff.
