Communicate with the crew lead to make sure all customer needs are met. Clean and maintain vehicles and office areas, as needed.Responsibilities:Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectTravel to work site to perform cleaning functionsClean furniture, items, flooring, walls, and ceilings, etc.Set up staging area and equipment for each projectLeave job site with a clean and orderly appearancePerform production processes following SERVPRO guidelinesEnsure clear two-way communication with crew lead and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns)Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceUnderstand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while travelingQualifications:Effective oral communicationExperience in cleaning/restoration/housekeeping preferredIICRC certifications preferredAbility to travel locallyAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistanceExposure to chemicalsWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAbility to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objectsSalary and Bonus:Starting at $18/hour$500 Sign-On Bonus after 180 days of Full Time employmentAll employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
