Receptionist – Part‑TimeLocation: Wilmington, NC Schedule: Part‑Time, On‑SitePosition OverviewThe Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all guests and callers, supporting the dealership by delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient front‑desk experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment. The Receptionist will assist multiple departments and uphold the standards of professionalism expected within the dealership. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet all customers and visitors in a courteous, professional mannerAnswer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departmentsMaintain the front desk, lobby, and customer lounge to ensure a clean and organized environmentAssist with appointment check‑ins for Sales and ServiceProvide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organizationCommunicate effectively with Sales, Service, and Management to support daily operationsUphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionRepresent the dealership’s brand and values through consistent professionalism QualificationsPrevious receptionist or customer service experience preferredStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesReliable attendance and punctualityBasic computer proficiency; experience with CRM or dealership systems is a plusAbility to work independently while supporting a team‑oriented environment Work EnvironmentThis is an on‑site, customer‑facing position requiring consistent professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
