Aircraft Mechanic

We currently specialize in light piston aircraft, with a near-term goal of incorporating charter flight using light turbine aircraft.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience with an A&P license.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance and inspection on aircraft
Follow all FAA and manufacturer requirements
Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed using our computer-based maintenance tracking program
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
FAA A&P license
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and manufacturer requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
General computer literacy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a commitment to safety
Salary and Benefits:
Salary negotiable based on experience. Minimum $30/hr
