The Account Executive functions as an integral part of TRG by attending sales calls with team members, identifying new customers and opportunities for the company, and working closely with TRG partners to deliver quality implementations and deployments.
Essential Functions
Identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for TRG Products & Services.
Conducting Sales calls with customers and prospects.
Articulating value proposition and solutions to multiple levels within the customer organizations, including executive level.
Maintaining close contact with TRG vendor partners, remaining cognizant of product updates.
Participating in Industry specific organizations / associations.
Generating proposals as needed.
Maintaining activity reporting and customer information in CRM database.
Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor
Qualifications
Understanding of endpoint managed services and the importance of those services in streamlining the management and security of all customer's connected devices.
Understanding of retail front of store, POS/Payments, retail technology and other customer facing areas.
Understanding of mobile computing technology, barcodes, RFID.
Understanding of supply chain logistics.
Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology pre-sales with a demonstrated ability to establish long lasting relationships with customers and proven track record of opening new accounts in IT sales.
General understanding of IT infrastructure and/or hardware.
Ability to take and pass a background check.
