We are located in 47 countries and have 355,000 employees worldwide and over 150,000 clients.Essential Job Functions:Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrol, or alerting Fire services or Police as neededAssisting company employees in all concerns that pertain to safety and securityMonitoring travel safety and security of company’s employeesConducting ongoing review of multiple systems and sources to detect potential risksNotifying and coordinating corporate response by distribution of advisories and other communicationsCompiling daily reports and incident reportsFollowing procedures for managing a variety of incidents, from minor incidents handled at the local level to global crisesProvides back-up, support, and on-call function as neededAdditional Job Functions:Perform other related duties and special projects as requiredGather and prepare reports on individual and team performance metricsMinimum Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 18 years of ageLicensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol testAssociate’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, Corporate SecurityStrong Customer Service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read, write, and speak clearly in EnglishAbility to multitask in a fast paced, at times stressed work environmentStrong team playerComfortable with high-tech work environment, and constant learning of new tools and innovationsFlexibility to work all shifts, and willingness to assist the team with overtime when neededProficient in Microsoft Windows and Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a security operations center, or similar is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, International Affairs/Relations/Business, Emergency Management, Political Science, Criminal Justice or related disciplineExperience with security systems, including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTVSupervisory experience, ideally in a security roleThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature of this job.
