Come join our growing team!Cisco Air Systems – Company Profile YouTube Link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCU7KXtD8D5rRcecah-1Xx8QResponsibilities of the Industrial Air Compressor Service Technician include, but are not limited to:Diagnose, repair, and maintain air compressors, air treatment equipment, and related productsCheck in with each customer on site and keep in communication regarding job requirements, safety guidelines, scope of work, additional findings, cost, and completion timeJob sites must always be left clean and neatElectronic work orders (signed by customer via iPad) and warranty forms must be completed prior to leaving customers’ facilityProper communication with Service Manager and Service Support staff requiredService trucks are specially assigned to each service technician. The service truck must be kept clean, organized, and inventoried. Must always practice safe drivingParticipation in safety meetings and safety training is required and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must always be wornMust be able to work on a ladder, operate a man-lift and forkliftResponsible for keeping industrial air compressors and control systems running correctlyWill work directly with our customers, vendors, and co-workers to develop and sustain a positive relationshipQualifications of the Industrial Air Compressor Service Technician include, but are not limited to:3+ years of mechanical service experience required (diesel mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, aircraft mechanic, etc)This requires head-on communication, written, telephone, and computer skills3 years on-the-job mechanical experience and trainingWe will provide all training necessary to become a certified Ingersoll Rand Industrial Air Compressor Service Technician. Our Cisco Air Systems Service Technician Career Path Program involves four (4) levels: Certified, Advanced, Senior and MasterAcceptable driving record required according to company guidelinesAdditional InformationPhysical Demand: Lift up to 50lbsWorking Conditions: Shop environment- Requires working in hot (above 90 F degrees) or cold (below 32 F degrees) temperatures, includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable. Requires working in extremely bright or inadequate lighting conditions. Requires working in cramped spaces and getting into awkward positions. Includes exposure to contaminantsTraining/Certifications: We will trainShift Time/Overtime: 7:30am-4:00pm and overtime availableTravel: Travel to customer sites.
