Overview In this role you design, build, and maintain serverless Node.js applications on AWS to power an AWS-based contact center platform. You will create Lambda-based services and integrate with Connect, Lex, APIs, and CRM systems to enable secure, scalable IVR and self-service experiences. You’ll work closely with solution architects, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, automated deployments and robust performance. This position offers hands-on impact in a customer-facing domain and a chance to shape the architecture of a modern contact center. You will leverage CI/CD practices to drive reliable releases and contribute to secure software development across the lifecycle.
