Experience & Qualifications:Understand Aerospace requirements.Able to operate various manual lathe, mill, CNC mill, multi-axis machines and grinding machinery (do not need experience with all!)Fluent in blueprint interpretation and GDT symbols.Proficient Math skillsKnowledgeable in cutting tool selection, speeds/feeds.Knowledge of working with various type of metalsTake measurement and determine correctness using: CMMs, micrometer, depth gages, etc.Engage and embrace good manufacturing and safety practicesAbility to work independently.Good working knowledge of various metals.Shifts:1st shift is 7am-5:30pm2nd shift is M-Th 5:30pm-2am and Fri 3:30pm - 12am with 10% shift differentialVery common for employees to work 12 hours shifts to take advantage of OT policy Key Benefits:Stable company!
