This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated business disputes across a wide range of industries, including financial services, real estate, construction, gaming and entertainment.Associates will work alongside experienced trial lawyers on high-stakes matters, with access to a broad, multidisciplinary platform.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in complex commercial and business litigation mattersDraft pleadings, motions and substantive briefsConduct legal research and analysisSupport case strategy, negotiations and trial preparationManage multiple matters and deadlines effectivelyWork closely with clients and cross-practice teamsWho You Are3–5 years of commercial litigation experienceExperience at a large law firm preferredStrong academic credentialsExcellent research, writing and analytical skillsStrong organisational and case management abilitiesAbility to manage a diverse workload independently and within a teamStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsAdmitted to the Nevada BarCompensationSalary Range: $185,000 – $215,000 (DOE)Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including bonus eligibility, healthcare, retirement plans and additional voluntary benefitsInterested?Contact Max at max@tposearch.com to learn more or express interest.#TPOPS | MLB273
