Technical Implementation Analyst

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Analyst to join their Customer Success team. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first technical point of contact for customer support requests, triaging and resolving issues efficiently Maintain articles in the Data X-Ray knowledgebase, adding and updating content as needed Deploy, configure, optimize, and maintain the Data X-Ray platform on hosted and customer infrastructure Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software deployment or systems administration on Linux platforms Solid understanding of networking and security concepts Experience with Linux OS fundamentals (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky) Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Ansible, Docker/Podman, Git)
